Organised by Coldiretti Pistoia with the Campagna Amica company Canto di Primavera

On Sunday 29th June, “Little Chefs, Great Tradition from Grain to Table” awaits you, a workshop organised by Coldiretti Pistoia with the Campagna Amica farm Canto di Primavera.

A fun and creative experience for little ones: with just flour and water, children will knead, roll out, and cut the dough to create their own handmade tagliatelle! The workshop is run by Song of Spring from the Ancient Dream and accompanies participants in discovering the ancient gestures of traditional cuisine, transforming simple ingredients into a small masterpiece to take home.
