The idea
The idea began to take shape in the 2010 after the first issues of the magazine NATURART, the four-monthly bilingual (Italian/English) magazine published by the Giorgio Tesi Group with the aim of enhancing in Italy and abroad the excellence and treasures treasured by Pistoia and its province. Over the years, the magazine has gained increasing importance and following, becoming not only a point of reference for Pistoiese people, but also a tool by connection With the community.
NATURART VILLAGE was created, therefore, to give life to a physical place that collects and celebrates these values, the excellences and synergies of the area, with a modern "green" philosophy, and the ambitious goal of enhancing Pistoia's green and typical Tuscan products.

Jonathan Calugi
A Project that Draws Itself
day by day
Jonathan Calugi, world-famous illustrator and designer, was born in Pistoia, where he still lives, in 1982. His work is truly spontaneous, as he has never been influenced by any particular educational background. His great passion for drawing, understood as a free and liberating act during which he transfers his intricate but comprehensible imagination onto paper, makes him a tireless researcher of forms and images. In 2023, as part of the project "GIORGIO TESI eARTh - Growing Creativity" began his collaboration with the Pistoia nursery company, which also chose him for the image of NATURART Village.
NATURART VILLAGE is the innovative project of Giorgio Tesi Group, which has grown from a family farm to a modern green industry-a European leader in the ornamental plant nursery industry-with more than 500 hectares of production and more than 250 employees and collaborators, exports its products to more than 60 countries around the world, keeping its ties firmly rooted in the land where it grows its plants.
Guided by the spirit that distinguishes the Tesi family, the group has always worked to give back to the territory some of what it has received, actively engaging-in what is now called Third Economy - To support and promote initiatives that enhance the community and its activities.
