Desires to savour: between words and brigidini

An afternoon dedicated to authentic flavours and stories that stir emotions: an event designed for those who love to discover, taste and be surprised.

The Desideri family, guardians of a long Tuscan confectionery tradition, will present the 2025 edition of Courier of Desires, the annual zine that recounts curiosities, behind-the-scenes stories, and new ideas related to their world. The audience will be guided by Giacomo Desideri and the journalist Andrea Spadoni, which together will give voice to a narrative journey made of family stories, tradition, anecdotes and new perspectives.

But the real protagonist will be the new specialI Brigidini “Old Recipe” with aniseed. Crispy, fragrant, and prepared as they used to be, they will be offered for tasting to give participants an authentic taste of Tuscan tradition. A product that speaks of simple gestures, of returning flavours, and of pleasures to share.

The event is open to everyone: to those who already know Desideri and to those who want to get acquainted for the first time, drawn by the scent of anise and the desire to discover a little treasure of our gastronomy.
