New Year, New Ideas

In this hour-and-a-half workshop, we will focus on visualising your coming year and sharing your goals and desires.

We'll begin with a guided visualisation journey: we'll close our eyes and I'll guide you to imagine who you are, where you want to be, how you want to feel, and what goals you want to achieve in the new year. This moment will allow you to connect with your most authentic desires and to focus on your priorities and aspirations. After the visualisation, we'll move on to creating a moodboard as a concrete tool to gather images, words, or symbols that represent what you've visualised. This doesn't require artistic skills: everyone can use glue, markers, cardstock, and images, following their own instinct.

The workshop also offers space for sharing and dialogue with the group: discussing with others can help to clarify one's own ideas, inspire each other, and strengthen positive intentions for the new year.

Ultimately, everyone will take home their own mood board and a shared introspective experience, ready to be used as a visual guide for the coming months.
