An evergreen plant originating from the Asian continent, widely used in bonsai cultivation. Robust and easy to shape thanks to its dense foliage. In old age, the bark turns black, creating a beautiful contrast with the green-silver foliage.
The white or cream-coloured flowers appear from September onwards.

Plant cultivated in the “informal upright” style with nice movement and very balanced.
Of particular beauty is the roughness of the bark which lends an air of age and elegance to this splendid specimen.
