Choco Moments Pistoia

“Choco Moments” The Naturart Village welcomes the chocolate festival, which will take place from 27 February to 1 March. The three days will be dedicated to the art of artisanal chocolate through live cooking shows, workshops for children, tastings and spectacular creations to be discovered.

Choco Baby – The sweetest laboratory there is

Every day from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, children can become little master chocolatiers, learning to make their own chocolates.
A creative, fun, and delicious experience.

The workshop costs €7 per child and lasts 15-20 minutes; booking is not required.

Saturday 28 February

At o'clock 12:00 The cooking show will take place “The birth of a Sacher”.
At o'clock 15:00 will the award ceremony take place at Italian Sports Centre “Cogis Swimming”
At o'clock 18:00, will be presented a 10m chocolate bar, yes Guinness World Records. The tasting will be by donation and the proceeds will be donated to the association “Voglia di Vivere odv”.

Chocolate making course for beginners

Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The lesson costs 30 euros per person.

3rd Edition — Intermediate Practical Bonsai Course

Three evenings dedicated to bonsai practice with Maestro Francesco Santini and Bonsai Artist Andrea Matteucci, in collaboration with Franchi Bonsai — Producers of Art.

A course designed for those who already have the basics and want to move from theory to actual crafting: three evening sessions to create your own bonsai with your own hands, under the guidance of two professionals in the field.

During the course, the following topics will be addressed:

Origins and history of bonsai
Recognition of trees and their characteristics
Pruning, limbing and defoliation
Repotting, substrates and choice of pots
Tools and processing techniques
watering, fertilizing, exposure and the main diseases

In the third evening, it's time for practice: a real technical demonstration and the crafting of a bonsai by the Bonsai Master himself!

The package of 3 lessons includes:
