Lezione di Hatha Yoga al Naturart Village!

Partecipa a NaturYoga, una lezione di Hatha Yoga immersa nel verde del NaturArt Village, pensata per ritrovare equilibrio, energia e benessere. L’incontro, a cura di Stefano Fontanella, è adatto a tutti i livelli e offre un’esperienza rigenerante tra movimento, respiro e rilassamento in un contesto verde e accogliente.

L’appuntamento è per mercoledì 3 giugno, dalle 18:30 alle 19:30: un’ora dedicata completamente a te, per staccare dalla routine quotidiana e riconnetterti con il tuo corpo e la tua mente.

L’attività è aperta dai 14 anni in su. Si consiglia di portare abbigliamento comodo e tappetino personale.

Children's Workshop

Saturday 13th December

INFORMATION
From 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, there will be a workshop for children aged 6 to 10 with Andrea.

1 hour of gameplay exploring Bonsai, what we'll do:

1- What is a Bonsai?

2- Draw your favourite Bonsai

3- Work on your Bonsai with Andrea

4- Take it home and look after it.

Theoretical-demonstration course on repotting

What does it include?
A theoretical and demonstrative training evening with Master Francesco Santini and bonsai artist Andrea Matteucci, during which they will explain and demonstrate live how and when to correctly repot your Bonsai.
