Meetings with Martina Notari “The Taste of Nature: Do You Truly Know Flavours

A sensory journey through Ayurvedic flavours and seasonal foods, to rediscover food as an experience of deep nourishment.
During the meeting, the six tastes according to Ayurveda — ayus (life) and veda (science) — and their effect on body and mind will be introduced, in dialogue with the ancient view of food as culture, sacredness and healing, also common to ancient Greece and traditional medicines.

According to Ayurveda, everything we eat, if chosen mindfully, prepared with love and in respect of seasonality and nature's rhythms, transforms into vital energy — Prana, Ojas and Virya — supporting mind, body and spirit.
The experience will be enhanced by a mini guided tasting with Naturart's Greengrocer, to educate the palate, senses, and relationship with food.

The meeting is led by Martina Notari, a journalist, naturopath, and ecosofia communicator, who, through Ayurveda, helps people reconnect with their bodies and bring greater awareness to their daily choices.
Because, as Ayurveda teaches, it's not about adding years to life, but life to years.

3rd Edition — Intermediate Practical Bonsai Course

Three evenings dedicated to bonsai practice with Maestro Francesco Santini and Bonsai Artist Andrea Matteucci, in collaboration with Franchi Bonsai — Producers of Art.

A course designed for those who already have the basics and want to move from theory to actual crafting: three evening sessions to create your own bonsai with your own hands, under the guidance of two professionals in the field.

During the course, the following topics will be addressed:

Origins and history of bonsai
Recognition of trees and their characteristics
Pruning, limbing and defoliation
Repotting, substrates and choice of pots
Tools and processing techniques
watering, fertilizing, exposure and the main diseases

In the third evening, it's time for practice: a real technical demonstration and the crafting of a bonsai by the Bonsai Master himself!

The package of 3 lessons includes:
