Hatha Yoga lesson at Naturart Village!

Join in NaturYoga, A Hatha Yoga lesson immersed in the green of NaturArt Village, designed to rediscover balance, energy, and well-being. The session, led by Stefano Fontanella, is suitable for all levels and offers a regenerating experience of movement, breath, and relaxation in a green and welcoming setting.

The appointment is for Wednesday 21 June, from 18:30 to 19:30An hour dedicated entirely to you, to switch off from your daily routine and reconnect with your body and mind.

The activity is open to ages 14 and above. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing your own mat.

Children's Workshop

Saturday 13th December

INFORMATION
From 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, there will be a workshop for children aged 6 to 10 with Andrea.

1 hour of gameplay exploring Bonsai, what we'll do:

1- What is a Bonsai?

2- Draw your favourite Bonsai

3- Work on your Bonsai with Andrea

4- Take it home and look after it.

Theoretical-demonstration course on repotting

What does it include?
A theoretical and demonstrative training evening with Master Francesco Santini and bonsai artist Andrea Matteucci, during which they will explain and demonstrate live how and when to correctly repot your Bonsai.
