For us, meat is passion, work, commitment. And it's family above all else. Behind every one of our product, fresh or aged, It's us: Fausto, Paola, Nicolò and Mileto.

It is 1985 It is on the Porrettana road in Pavana that the shop from which it all began opens. And in that shop, it is still the hands of father Fausto and his sons Nicolò and Mileto that cut, prepare, and serve, while mother Paola manages the workshop and certifies the quality.
