Liberating images

The undersigned

NOTING THAT

• Naturart Village S.r.l. shall use images and/or footage, audio/video recordings (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Materials”) depicting me and/or reproducing my voice, for the purpose of promoting and disseminating the events and initiatives promoted by Naturart Village;
• Materials do not prejudice personal dignity and respectability;
• The Materials, once published and disseminated, will be visible to an indeterminate number of people and may be used by third parties.;

AUTHORISE

Naturart Village S.r.l. also through authorised third parties, to use, store, communicate, publish and/or disseminate and/or distribute the aforementioned Materials collected at the indicated event, even in part and/or modified form, including via website, social networks, print media or other technological and dissemination means for the aforesaid purposes of advertising and promotion. The authorisation is without time and territorial limits.

THE UNDERSIGNED ALSO DECLARES

• that they have not exclusively transferred, or in any case that they have reacquired, the rights subject to this deed, and therefore that they are able to freely dispose of them to the extent necessary to give effect to it;
• that the Materials above do not prejudice the personal dignity and decorum of the person and to approve the context in which the image will be inserted;
• that the right to use the Materials is to be understood as free of charge and to expressly waive any claim in this regard;
• to have no claims against the aforementioned authorised parties for damage to one's name and/or image that may arise from their detrimental use by third parties.
