Yes Wednesday 23rd September the events of the [...] get underway first edition of the Naturart Green Festival, a major new series of events conceived as a space for discussion on the themes of greenery, landscape and sustainability.
First date – Wednesday 23rd September
The first event will be dedicated to sustainability and the way in which companies can measure and reduce their impact on the environment. In particular, we will be discussing carbon budget and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), tools that help to understand how many emissions an activity produces and where it is possible to intervene to improve its environmental performance.
The will be presented the Giorgio Tesi Group case, made in collaboration with the University of Florence, which analyses the company's emissions and the role of plants in carbon absorption and storage.
Second event – From Friday 16 to Sunday 25 October
The festival continues Friday 16 October with the conference entitled “The role of green spaces in urban regeneration processes”, which will see the participation of nationally and internationally renowned architects and designers. From 16th to 25th October, the Naturart Village will host one of the official stages of the exhibition of projects by the renowned Dedalo Minosse International Prize for Commissioning a Building.
Third appointment – Wednesday 4th November
The route of the Naturart Green Festival will conclude with an extraordinary event: the Lectio Magistralis by Professor Stefano Mancuso, neuroscientist and essayist. An unmissable opportunity to hear one of the most authoritative and inspiring voices on the contemporary scientific scene.
