For the purposes of 3.1.c and 3.1.d, the legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest in the proper administration of the systems, as well as in exercising and defending their rights.

For purpose 3.1.e and 3.1.f, the legal basis for processing is your consent.

4. RETENTION PERIOD
