Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860

A historic family company, active for six generations in the production of artisanal dried pasta. The presence of Morelli strengthens the Village's connection with Tuscan gastronomic culture by offering different types of pasta.

BirrOsteria

It is a place dedicated to the culture of beer, where the best traditions – from Bavarian to Italian – are showcased through a curated selection by Francesco Becagli, one of the few Biersomeliers in Italy. From the meeting between Fortezza 59 and D’Era Bistrot comes Enoteca & Cocktail Lab, an elegant corner with selected wines, signature cocktails, and great attention to detail. Supported by partners such as Campari and Tesi Green Partner, it is a space designed for aperitifs, after-dinner drinks, or simply for enjoying a quality moment.

The Gardener of Vignole

The bond with the local area is strengthened thanks to L’Ortolano di Vignole, an organisation active since 1988 and a benchmark for high-quality fruit, vegetables, and local produce. The family-run business, now led by Federico Maini, combines experience, innovation, and attention to seasonality.

Children's Workshop

Saturday 13th December

INFORMATION
From 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, there will be a workshop for children aged 6 to 10 with Andrea.

1 hour of gameplay exploring Bonsai, what we'll do:

1- What is a Bonsai?

2- Draw your favourite Bonsai

3- Work on your Bonsai with Andrea

4- Take it home and look after it.
